It is now my 15th year in yachting. I was raised in NC but not near the water. Having grown up on campus, I am a die-hard Wake Forest fan and alumni. I started my yachting career by delivering yachts for local brokerage houses in Ft. Lauderdale, gaining the respect of the industry as a solid performer and an extremely safe Captain. Simultaneously, I was teaching PADI diving on the local reefs off Ft. Lauderdale. I really enjoy spear-fishing and catching lobsters. I bring on board a degree of professionalism that is envied by many, matched by few, and followed by the crew that I have the privilege of working with. I genuinely enjoy yachting and all that it has to offer. I was very fortunate to meet my future wife onboard my first yacht and we have run several very successful vessels since then. My theory for yachting is that my crew and I are here to provide an experience of a lifetime for our guests through the finest and safest service any vessel can offer whilst exploring interesting locales and regions. Welcome Aboard!

Captain Mac and I have been a successful charter team for 14 years. This experience is reflected in my ability to customize menus to suit my guest's every need and desire using fresh, local ingredients from around the world. I am proficient in a wide variety of menus including New American, Mediterranean, and Spa Cuisine. Most importantly, I am thrilled to continue to learn and develop new dishes with focus on the country we find ourselves in…this is the part of my job that keeps me excited and passionate about food after so many years. I look forward to a “Magical” culinary experience with you!

A native of Boston, I grew up with my summers spent in southern Maine exploring my love with the ocean while working on a 75'  brigantine.  After graduating with a degree in English and a minor in Secondary Education, I fell into the yachting industry through a close family friend and have not looked back since.  I am aggressively pursing a career in yachting and am honored to be part of such a professional crew and well respected program   I enjoy yachting because my talents and capabilities are extremely well matched with the demands, challenges and rewards that come with working in this industry.   I enjoy reading, spear fishing, diving, mountain biking, cooking, camping, and seeing live music.  I am passionate about learning, travel, and scratching off items on my regularly updated list of things to do in my lifetime.

Born in the City of Sails, otherwise known as Auckland, New Zealand, I had a traditional upbringing with my first sailing experience occurring whilst still in diapers. I soon graduated to my own boat and a chance to leave the 'rents behind on shore. I have continued my work through boats and studied boat design. I began boat building at the age of 22. Two years after that, I was given the opportunity to sail a boat from New Zealand to Europe, an undertaking that would take 3 years. Traveling and experiencing so much of the world is an amazing thing and yachting gives one the opportunity to do this. After spending so much time in SE Asia and the Med, I am really looking forward to spending some time in other venues like the Caribbean and the Bahamas. I like meeting new people and learning about the language and culture. Like all Antipodeans, I'm a rugby fan and basically love all sports.

Born and raised in sunny San Diego, California, I have been involved in water sports and boating for years. At 15, I began teaching a variety of water activities to youth, including swimming, lifesaving skills, small boat sailing, kayaking and motor boat operation. After taking an internship at a technology company for a year and a half, I followed my heart back to the waterfront, where I joined Explorer Marine as a service technician. There I gained a wide range of engineering skills, and enough sea time to earn my USCG 100 Ton license. In my spare time, I may be caught away from the water either mountain biking, snow boarding or pitting for a Baja off road race. I am excited to be a part of the Magic program.

I spent my whole life on the ocean and beaches of Queensland, Australia with my family and friends. My original career choice was in the graphics and clothing industry until I started working on sailboats and I never looked back. I started my boating career for the company Prosail in the Whitsunday Islands in Australia where I worked my way to first mate aboard Maxi Yachts. I retired from racing and converted over to yachting. Since then I've been aboard Magic and I've loved every second of it. My other interests in life include traveling, photography, fishing, almost any sport and of course, the wonderful world of food and drink. I look forward to meeting you all soon.

I was born in the south of Sweden in 1976. When I finished High School, I started working as a truck mechanic. After a few years, I moved on to become a Motorman Cadet in the commercial shipping industry. When I had my sea-time, I went to Marine Engineering School. I now have a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering and a Commercial Class II license, working toward my Class I. I'm quite new to the yachting side of the maritime industry because I've spent most of my days at sea on commercial ships. In my spare time, I like to watch a good game of European football with my friends and have a laugh.

I started in yachting in 2004 and have been on a mixture of yachts all from sail to motor. I come from the middle of Sweden and after having spent too many years in the cold, I decided it was time to go and see the world. I went as a volunteer to Greece in 2001 and I loved the weather. I was seeing all these beautiful places and wanted to see more. I started working for a flotilla company and fell in love with the boats and being on the sea. I then worked as a sole stewardess on a 68' Swan and did my first season there. I wanted to move up in size as a challenge so I took a job as stewardess on a boat called Tatasu, a 48meter motor yacht. I learned a lot and took the decision it was time for me to work as sole stewardess on a bigger boat. I found a seasonal job on Maria Cattiva, a 40meter sail yacht and stayed the season and I really enjoyed it. Then I went on to Atmosphere, a 53meter sail boat as both stewardess and chief stewardess. I love traveling and meeting new people, so I have found the perfect job. Looking forward to seeing you soon.

Born in Auckland, New Zealand, my family soon relocated to Melbourne, Australia for 8 years. We missed the relaxed life of home and moved back to Mt. Maunganui, a surf beach south of Auckland. I started my boating career in 2006 when my boyfriend and I ran a 60' catamaran in New Zealand on day charters. I have performed as an au pair between shipping out on various boats. I enjoy my life on the water and look forward to continuing my experiences on Magic.
